Kyaazu is a Polish-Brazilian producer, rapper, singer and songwriter born in Olkusz, Poland. She later became based between Tenczynek and Kraków. She began working on music in 2020 under the alias Bunamesk, later experimenting with additional aliases including DJ Konata in 2025, before settling on the name Kyaazu following the rollout period of the mixtape project Mixtape Named After Sakuya Izayoi.
Her early work consisted of experimental underground internet releases. Some early material is believed to have been remastered in later years, although documentation from this period remains limited.
Between early 2022 and April 2023 she worked on the mixtape Salvation, which she later documented publicly. This was followed by the project Hollow Pop, also known in some communities as WBC or (Un)Known (Un)Found. The project was later heavily reworked by producer Tornex after an early EP version briefly appeared on Bandcamp before being removed.
During her time working within the Autistic Bands Clique collective she participated in the release Autistic Money Bands, a five-track EP released under the collective name and later deleted in September 2023.
Following a break from music activity, she later collaborated with producer Tornex on the collaborative mixtape SMKM (often abbreviated from "Sh**, Might Kill Myself") while operating under the DJ Konata alias.
In 2025 she formally adopted the Kyaazu name and began releasing her current catalog of singles while developing the project soul of rose, which she has referenced publicly. The project initially explored more jazz-influenced production before evolving into what would become Mixtape Named After Sakuya Izayoi. During this time she would also sign at Bebo Records, founded by 8lak3_ also known as blake, which would become one of her biggest collaborators later on, appearing on a couple unreleased tracks from both projects. The neon radio rebrand would also take place sometime after this, as her 2025 catalogue of singles would be released under both Bebo Records and later ABCP (Austistic Bands Clique Production) and later Neon Radio (NRR)
Kyaazu is one of the founding creative members connected to the Neon Radio collective and later label structure. Much of her work is tied to collaborative underground production communities and long-term working relationships with producers and artists in online and regional underground scenes.
